Measles is caused by another virus. Chickenpox is by the varicella-zoster virus, measles, while caused by a paramyxovirus.

Measles is more like a red rash as chicken pox pustules seems that you (again in the bark) around the city.

I had chicken pox last year, when he was 33rd I had not been vaccinated a child. Get your children are vaccinated against these things, it's bad when you as an adult!

Chickenpox, herpes zoster resmbles, incubatin 14-21 days, followed by the temperature and rashes and is contagious.
Measles (Rubella) is a highly contagious virus with a skin rash and mouth (Koplick stained white spots), the incubation period is 10-14 days. Vaccine helps!
