Problems with Windows Media Player 11 Copying files from USB? - reason cant copy orkester sound bank to hard drive

I have a 2G USB I songs. But for some reason, I can copy them to your computer with the Windows Media Player 11 I see the sync button is pressed and I press the songs in the synchronization list. Can someone tell me how to solve this problem? -Thanks
